Booking and Payments

a. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings at Alhuda Tours’ discretion.

b. Payments: Payment must be made in full as per the terms specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the package and time of cancellation.

b. Refunds: If a tour is canceled, Alhuda Tours will make every effort to secure refunds from the respective airlines and hotels (please note that visa fee is non-refundable). However, any refund, if received, will be subject to deduction of charges by Alhuda Tours. Please be aware that Alhuda Tours cannot guarantee a refund in the event of cancellation.

Travel Documents

a. Visa Processing: Alhuda Tours will assist in processing visas, but final approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities.

b. Passport and Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport and travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of Saudi Arabia.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

Health and Safety

a. Health Requirements: Travelers with health conditions should consult a healthcare professional before undertaking the Umrah journey.

b. Safety: Alhuda Tours is committed to the safety of its travelers and will provide guidance and support during the pilgrimage.

Liability

a. Limitation of Liability: Alhuda Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons during the Umrah journey.

b. Force Majeure: Alhuda Tours is not responsible for any losses or disruptions due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions etc.

Intellectual Property

All content on Alhuda Tours’ website, including text, logos and software may not be used without Alhuda Tours’ express permission.
